HOW LONG DO YOUR DONUTS KEEP FRESH?

They’re best eaten fresh, Means the Day you pick ‘EM up - but can be enjoyed up to 24 hours later. TO BRING BACK Some Fluffiness, MICROWAVE THE DONUTS 30 SECONDS AT 300W OR warm them A FEW MINUTES in the oven AT 100ºC.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO STORE YOUR DONUTS?

If you eat them the same day, you can Keep them in the box they came in and store at room temperature. If it’s warmer than 20C OR YOU PLAN TO EAT THEM THE FOLLOWING DAY It’s best to store them in the fridge. Better safe than sorry, Right?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

YES. If you cancel your order within 24 hours BEFORE PICK-UP, you’ll get a full refund.

IF AN ORDER IS CANCELED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE PICK-UP, THERE’S NO REFUND.

>>> CATERING
Caterings can be cancelled up to a week before delivery for a full Refund.There’s no refund for Cancelations made 6 days before delivery.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Simply email me at desireediana@t-online.de with your order number in the subject line. I’ll refund your order asap. you also receive an e-mail once your cancelled order is refunded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Orders THAT didn’t get PICKED UP WITHIN THE given PICK-UP TIMES, WILL BE donated. There’s NO REFUND for orders that didn’t get picked up. I’m so sorry! PICK-UP OUTSIDE THE GIVEN PICK-UP TIMES IS SADLY NOT POSSIBLE.

CAN I ORDER DONUTS IN THE WEEKENDS?

YES. in the weekends — or dates THAT are not listed in the shop — I Might BE available for catering or have a Pop-up for drop-in. check out the menu for both options, boo.

WHAT ALLERGENS ARE IN YOUR DONUTS?

My donut dough contains Eggs and wheat — bad gluten, too. Glazes and fillings vary EACH MONTH and may contain dairy, nuts, soya, citrus … I recommend therefore double-checking the list of allergens in the description of each product before each order.

DO YOU DELIVER?

I do! If you order catering, I deliver your treats to you in Oslo Kommune any time between 10:00 and 20:00. Smaller orders May be picked up at my current pick-up point (see checkout for adress) or at one of my events.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY OTHER TREATS THAN THE ONES IN THE SHOP? AND, DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DONUTS?

yes! There’s Actually three options:

1. WILDCARDS
Wildcards are spontaneous offers I post in my story on instagram. to not miss out on these special offers, activate notifications by clicking on the ‘🔔’ in my profile. That way you never miss the chance of grabbing some off-the-menu-treats or even freebies!

2. Catering
I do on and off the menu and also custom DONUTS for catering orders. YOu’ll find a few fun designs I’ve did in the past on my Instagram page @daisydonutsoslo. I’m happy to bring them back for your party! I’M also up for a challenge. Just hit me up with your ideas! I might not be able to grant any wishes but will be honest with you what is Possible and what not.

Also, I change my menu every month. keep an eye on the shop. all suddenly it’s all new stash, love.

3. pop-Ups / Markets
I love markets and pop-ups. I often bring new stuff i’ve been working on. I can’t Wait to see you there!
